Craig Whaley - Chief Executive Officer

A young and enthusiastic 22 year old back in 1991, Craig Whaley's involvement with Real Estate Investment spans 20 years.

Craig is a specialist in helping clients build Property Portfolios and uses his knowledge and expertise to provide clients with both professional services and practical advice.

He has an astute awareness of markets and the economic indicators driving the markets. This ability allows Craig to recommend the most appropriate property types and locations best suited to his client's needs and objectives.

His belief that 50% of the success of property investment is the right property in the right location. The other 50% being an astute awareness of strategy and structures.

With a holistic approach to client service, Craig sees his specialised additional advice given on the mathematical and strategic aspects a contributing factor that stands him apart from other Real Estate agents.

This strategy has worked exceedingly well.  Craig was the Number 1 Ray White agent in Queensland for a number of Exclusive Sales for two consecutive years.  No mean feat for an agent in the Townsville Regional Area competing with agents from the dynamic centres of Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.

Craig's record is second to none.  Armed with his desire to help his clients achieve their goals, he has become an industry leader in his field.

Craig is a full member of the R.E.I.Q. and Mortgage Institute of Australia (MIAA).   He also runs and operates a successful Mortgage Broking Company, Loan Market.

Judith Fechner - National Administraton Manager

Judith brings to NPA Property Group a 22-year career of Financial Administration, incorporating extensive experience as a Bookkeeper, Personal Assistant/Executive Secretary, Office Manager and Project Manager/Administrator.

Having worked throughout Australia and overseas in a variety of industries and also her own business, she understands the importance of strong business structure that has effective and well designed administrative processes. Judith has the ability to focus on multiple responsibilities and is committed to achieving the business objectives and goals that deliver and sustain growth.

Judith grew up in Toowoomba and lived through her teenage years to mid-twenties in Townsville while also enjoying a short contract in Brisbane. She relocated to Vancouver Canada and travelled further from her new home to explore Canada, Britain, Scotland, Europe and the United States.

On returning to Australia, she settled in Sydney for 3-years before moving onto Perth. Feeling the need to settle in her own home she returned to Townsville and the warmth of North Queensland to buy her first home.

Each personal & professional move has always been an advancement and further development of skills, knowledge and experienced aimed at a single goal; to own and operate a small business that consults a unique range of administrative and financial services, which contribute directly to the growth and success of each client's organisation.
