Todd & Lischelle Franzway have come to NPA Property Group with combined 20 years experience in the Financial Services and Real Estate Industries.  They hold Real Estate Licences in New South Wales and Queensland as well as an Australian Credit Licence (ACL).  Todd is a qualified Accredited Mortgage Consultant (AMC) and holds a certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.  Lischelle is an experienced Loans Manager and holds a Diploma in Lending Services.

Originally Paul gained his experience working in the Commonwealth Bank and Bank of Queensland. In 2002, as the Mortgage Broking Industry was evolving, Paul then established his own mortgage broking business.

Throughout the past five years, Paul has been ranked in the Top 100 Mortgage Brokers nationally by the highly respected Mortgage Professional Magazine. In 2010, Paul placed 11^th in the Elite Business Writers Top 50 as compiled by The Adviser publication.

Matt Wright - NPA Dubbo

Matt has only recently come on board with NPA and he brings to the company an invaluable level of knowledge of banking and finance, gained mostly from his 10 years employment with the National Australia Bank.

In 2003, Matt was provided with an opportunity to enter the fast growing Finance Broking Industry, where he is now the sole director of Choice Home Loans Dubbo – a reputable local business which has successfully helped literally hundreds of people into the journey of home ownership.

Matt and his business have won numerous state and national awards over the past 7 years, winning the coveted Choice National Customer Service Award on several occasions.

Matt recognizes that NPA can provide a fantastic opportunity for his clients to enter another stage of the finance journey, that being wealth creation through property investment.

Laura Satchell  – NPA Hunter

Laura has nearly 10 years personal experience in property investing. Growing up in a successful family business of residential construction and property developing, Laura has had much experience and developed a strong knowledge in many aspects of property and property investing.

Buying her first property when she was 19 years old, Laura has built a strong personal property portfolio and has since helped many Clients build their own portfolios.

Laura is a NSW Real Estate Principal Licensee, holding a Bachelor degree and a Master degree in Business Administration from Newcastle University and is the General Manager of NPA Property Group - Hunter.

The Hunter has been identified as a centre for significant economic and population growth in Australia over the next 25 years. Laura has been living in the Newcastle and Hunter Region for nearly 10 years and has the local knowledge, experience and contacts to establish strong investment opportunities.
