Todd and Lischelle Franzway - NPA Gold Coast

Todd & Lischelle Franzway have come to NPA Property Group with combined 20 years experience in the Financial Services and Real Estate Industries.  They hold Real Estate Licences in New South Wales and Queensland as well as an Australian Credit Licence (ACL).  Todd is a qualified Accredited Mortgage Consultant (AMC) and holds a certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.  Lischelle is an experienced Loans Manager and holds a Diploma in Lending Services.

Michelle's previous career was in the news media, working as a journalist in television, radio and newspapers, along with public relations responsibilities.

Michelle brings a vast range of communications and organisational skills to her NPA support role. A strong believer in putting people before process, she has also been a property enthusiast for over 15 years, with a growing portfolio of investments in the sector.

Mathew began working in conjunction with NPA Property Group CEO Craig Whaley approximately four years ago. In more recent times Mathew has contributed significantly in the expansion of NPA as both a team member and Property Investment Consultant.

He is an astute investor purchasing his first property in 1998 and administering and expanding his portfolio ever since.

Mathew enjoys helping people achieve their property investment goals. He has an impressive knowledge of strategies and structures, crucial in any successful property investment plan.

Jennifer-lee Sinclair - NPA Townsville

Jennifer has an extensive background within the real estate world after completing her studies with a Bachelor of Arts at Monash University and gaining her Post Graduate Diploma in Property Valuation from Melbourne University.

A diverse industry background and a high degree of experience has led Jennifer to her current role with NPA Property Group.    This experience started at the age of 23 with her first investment property acquisition and a passion for a role within the industry.    

Jennifer knew to be successful as a Property Investment Consultant, it would be crucial to gain knowledge and experience from a variety of different roles as a first step. This quite extensive first step consisted of a 10 year period working in both the Melbourne and Townsville property sectors as a Real Estate agent and Valuer and diversifying her skills to include market research, depreciation, development consulting and project marketing.

Jennifer is a registered property Valuer in both Queensland and New South Wales.

Jennifer's acquired knowledge, coupled with a strong desire to understand Australian property market fundamentals has firmly established Jennifer as an important member of the NPA Property Group  team.

Jennifer has become a specialist Property Investment Strategist and works extensively with Financial Planners and Accountants within the North Queensland region to tailor property strategies, structures and recommendations to client's portfolios.

Cheryl has a passion for real estate and starting working with NPA in 2007 by arranging finance for NPA clients in Mackay.  Starting from scratch, Cheryl built a successful mortgage broking business and is a multi-award winning broker. After the long association with NPA, it was an obvious decision for Cheryl to launch the Mackay office when the opportunity became available.

Her passion for real estate, combined with the finance background investors are assured of getting the right property, using the right structure and getting the right finance.  Cheryl is supported by a team with diverse skills that compliment the whole NPA Mackay experience.

Craig started his working life as a high school teacher (Economics) and then moved into the corporate world. It was in this arena he was exposed to the ideals of financing and the utilisation of every dollar to its maximum value. Within six months he was able to purchase his first investment property.  

Against mainstream media and local real estate agents advice he bought a house in the little known and wanted suburb of Kangaroo Point, Brisbane. It appreciated so well that within 12 months he had his second property and he has been an avid property investor ever since with his portfolio at one stage reaching 13 properties.
