Jodie has owned and operated the NPA Victoria office for  two years.  Steve and Jodie relocated from Mackay to Melbourne to build thier NPA Victorian business.

Due to the expansion of NPA Nationally, it would provide their NPA clients the ability to diversify and build their property portfolios. 

Specialising in Property Management for the majority of her career Jodie believes she can assist her clients in long term property investing with providing cash flow strategies to provide them in building their own Property Portfolios

Steve McLean is the Victorian State Manager.  He provides knowledge in the Victorian area now having expanded NPA Victoria to not just Melbourne but surrounding areas.

 Steve started his property investment portfolio in 1991 and has been a passionate advocate of property ever since. 

Together with Steve's extensive experience over the past eight years, Steve now specialises  in knowing the differing dynamics of Australian property markets and how to apply this knowledge to helping his clients build wealth through Property Investing. He provides his clients now with property portfolios nationally creating them with growth due to market trends and for future Property Investment plans.

Steve is an experienced MFAA accredited Mortgage Broker and also specialises in finance structures to provide his clients both Property Investment options nationally and finance structures so they can develop and grow their property portfolios for their future.

David Ho-Wing - NPA Frankston

David also has a wealth of experience in investing in other asset classes and understands the need of correct risk management whilst maintaining maximum returns.

David has personally been investing in property since 2001 and has been involved with Craig Whaley since 2006. David enjoys helping clients achieve their property investment goals and has personal experience in the NPA property investment strategies and philosophies which have provided him excellent results.

David started his professional career as a Chemical Engineer and moved to the Financial Sector as a Stock and Futures Broker.

David has recently joined NPA and will be running the Frankston branch in Victoria.
